10/17/24 - Delivered a motivational talk on influencing yourself to influence your day.

You can't see the picture when you're in the frame.  How much difference would it make vision and plan for 10 minutes before jumping into the needs of the day. Be on top of your day, be centered, be in control, and bring your best!  

10/3/24 - Delivered a motivational talk on how you start your day.

How you start your day is how you continue your day. If you start your day in reaction you continue your day in reaction. When you start your  day in control you continue your day in control. You are more strategic  and centered. You are less stressed and reactive throughout the day. 

7/18/24 - Delivered an inspirational talk on conscious manifestation using my story of getting pregnant at a mature age via IVF.

6/30/34 -  A heartwarming story of love, and gratitude. Of your destiny changing in an instant. Of manifesting an IVF pregnancy at a mature age. 

I hosted the auction and pledge section on Sat May 4th, 3 pm - 6 pm.

The annual Sip + Savor celebration honors local heroes with the  Compassionate Heart Awards. Premium wine tastings, savory bites, and  live and silent auctions highlight this festive event. Proceeds will  benefit the Napa Valley 

Center  for Spiritual Living’s efforts to actively promote peace, compassion,  inclusion, empowerment, and equality in our community and our  collaboration with numerous local non-profits.  

4/4/24 - Delivered an inspirational talk on persevering and trail-blazing.

I  spoke at the Women  In Games Career Expo on 3/7/24 about ‘Making Meaningful Change’  with coaching. Which also coincided with International Women’s Day! Let's empower and  inspire! 💪🎉   

Talking about Manifestation through the lens of my soul pooch:

• the more you love the more you receive love
• the more you are grateful the more you have to be grateful for
• the more in the moment and aware you are the more you are in flow and open to receive
• when you let go of your expectations, circumstances will move with ease and true growth will happen
