Inspired by the words of Thich Nhat Hanh, this Mother’s Day talk explores judgment, comparison, motherhood, self-understanding, and compassion. A reflection on what becomes possible when we soften instead  of react — and how understanding ourselves changes the way we relate to  others.  Quote: “Understanding is love’s other name.” 

Intentional Leadership: Presence, Signals & the Ripple Effect

This talk explored how intentional leadership begins with presence—how we show up in moments of uncertainty, change, and growth. Drawing on personal experience from high-pressure leadership environments and life transitions, it reveals how our internal state shapes the signals we send to others, often more than our words or actions alone.

Delivered a keynote at the company’s All-Hands Meeting on strengthening mindset in uncertain environments. The session focused on resilient leadership, emotional regulation under pressure, and how pulling together as a team drives performance, trust, and culture. 

This personal talk at CSL Vallejo explores birth, emergency C-section recovery, spiritual awakening, and the healing practices that carried me through the most intense year of my life. 

I share how daily mindfulness, and an unwavering trust in “intelligent love” turned setbacks into unexpected blessings.  In this honest birth story I speak about an emergency C-section, postpartum illness, and the deep healing that followed.

 I reflect on how thought leaders such as Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Dr Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton helped me stay present, transform trauma, and receive what my heart truly needed. This is for anyone on a healing journey, new parents, and seekers of spiritual awakening who want a real, grounded story of faith, embodiment, and miracles.

1 minute of self-forgiveness: What are you criticizing yourself about?  

1 minute of gratitude: What brings you joy right now? Where might you be focusing on what’s missing?  

1 minute of accountability: Notice how your life reflects your thoughts and feelings. Embrace your role in creating it.  

1 minute of affirmation: “I AM enough exactly as I am becoming.”  

1 minute of curiosity: Observe without judgment. Notice where you might be making stories about others and open your heart to understanding.  

This simple practice invites more clarity, compassion, and presence into your day. By caring for your inner self, you naturally bring more love, ease, and connection into your life.

 I gave a talk to the North Bay Association of Realtors in Napa about becoming and revealing qualities to hold the vibration of what it is you are looking to achieve. When we set a goal or intention, we often think about what we need to do, what actions and steps to achieve it. We don't always think about the deep work to become the qualities needed to be the person who is carrying out the goal we have in mind. 

 I became a single mom by choice through IVF — at a time in my life when I had the least amount of money and security.   In this talk, I share my journey and how the support of others made motherhood possible for me.
