This workshop is designed for individuals going through a layoff or a career change or a career shift. The goal is to help you strategize and execute your next steps to finding a job and/or building a career you'll love.
After the workshop you will come away with:
We will share and practice mindfulness tools that help to release stored emotions, tension in the body and facilitate healing. Learn practices that help to rewire the nervous system for safety and well-being, so that healing may take place.
Practices will include belly breathing, guided meditation, somatic regulation techniques and use of chanting/voice.
